The card on file will not be charged if you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 1 week of your appointment, however deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable. If you reschedule within one week of your appointment, a new deposit will be required to rebook. If you reschedule more than 1 week in advance you may transfer your deposit to a new date within 2 weeks of the original appointment. Deposits can only be transferred once. If you cannot reschedule within 2 weeks of the original appointment, a new deposit will be required to rebook. Canceling your appointment at any time, even more than 1 week before your appointment, will result in loss of deposit. There is a 5 minute grace period policy for all appointments. If you arrive after the 5 minute grace period, no late fee will be charged, but it is up to my discretion to take on your appointment. This will be determined by how much time is left for your appointment and what service I am able to provide in the time left without affecting other client’s appointments. If I am unable to accommodate your appointment due to lateness and I am unable to provide another service in the time left, we will have to reschedule and a new deposit is required to rebook. No shows will be charged 100% of the services booked to the card on file. If you no show 2 times you will no longer be able to book with me. Failure to pay the no call-no show fee will result in an automatic ban. For suite appointments - Please do not bring other guests with you to your appointment unless they have an appointment as well. Refunds for deposits, services or no show fees will not be issued under any circumstances.
