Hi I’m Katie, the owner of K. Maxwell Artistry! I am a professional Makeup Artist with 7+ years of experience and a Licensed Esthetician since 2019. I provide Makeup services for all occasions including photoshoots, weddings, prom, birthdays or even a night out! I also offer brow lamination, brow tinting, waxing services (facial & body waxing) and spray tanning. All complexions, features, ages, identities and love stories are welcome!!! Cancellation Policy
(Please read all policies & info below)
BOOKING
A deposit & valid CC# is required to book your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but they do go towards your total.
Your balance is due once your service is complete. I accept cash, card & Venmo for the balance.
Appointments must be booked more than 48hours in advance.
MAKEUP SERVICES
Makeup and Hair/Makeup is available upon request any day of the week as long as availability allows.
If you need Makeup or Hair & Makeup services outside of my normal working hours please contact me through email for availability.

TRAVEL APPOINTMENTS
Travel appointments are only available for makeup services upon request, excluding Fridays & Saturdays.
If you have a travel appointment scheduled, your balance is due 72hrs prior to your appointment once we’ve confirmed, no exceptions.
I accept Venmo for these appointments.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
If you reschedule more than 72 hours in advance, we can transfer your deposit to a new date within 2 weeks of the original appointment.
Deposits can only be transferred ONCE.
If you contact me needing to rebook and do not book a new date within 48hrs, your appointment will be considered a cancellation and a new deposit will be required to book.
Rescheduling WITHIN 72 hours of your appointment will result in loss of deposit, no exceptions. A new deposit will be required to book your new appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Canceling your appointment at any time will result in loss of deposit - you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
Deposit are completely non-refundable, no exceptions.
NO-SHOWS
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file.
Failure to pay the no-show fee will result in automatic ban.
SICK POLICY
PLEASE reschedule as soon as possible if you feel you have any type of sickness that could be contagious.
I do not want to risk myself and my other clients getting sick.
Please just cancel or reschedule.
If I am sick I will reach out as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.
Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.
LATE POLICY
There is a 5 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD policy for all appointments.
If you arrive after the 5 minute grace period, no late fee will be charged, but it is up to my discretion to take on your appointment.
This will be determined by how much time is left for your appointment and what service(s) I am able to provide in the time left without interfering with my other client’s scheduled appointments.
If I am unable to accommodate your appointment due to lateness and I am unable to provide another service in the time left - we will have to reschedule, your deposit will be lost and a new deposit is required to rebook.

STUDIO POLICY
Please do not bring other guests with you to your appointment unless they have an appointment booked as well.
Refunds for deposits, services or no show fees will not be issued under any circumstances.
